Holiday weeks can make an ordinary timeline feel much tighter. Lenders, title teams, HOA offices, inspectors, appraisers, and clients may all have limited availability, travel plans, or shortened hours.

The important reminder: contract deadlines do not automatically move because someone is out of town or an office is closed. A quick check early in the file can prevent a scramble later.
